Relocation of Sha Tin STW to Caverns — Effluent Discharge Pipe-Jacking Works (DC/2020/05)
Under extremely constrained site conditions, two 2.2 m diameter effluent discharge pipes — each approximately 320 m long — were successfully completed by pipe-jacking TBM through unweathered granite (Grade 5 hardness), achieving precision alignment and near-zero environmental impact.
